Are you aware of the types of income? The two most common types of earning are Active and Passive income.
Actives income is simplyexplained this way. You trade your hours in exchange of a salary. You earn by the hours you spend working. So the longer time you work will equivalent your salary. But if you don’t work, you will not earn the day’s payout. This is commonly known as a job.
While passive income is the money you get from an asset you purchased or created. For example, if you were to buy a house and rent it out for more money than it costs you to pay your mortgage and other expenses, the profit you make would be considered passive income.
