Towards the end of June 2011, TechCrunch reported that allegedly, Facebook has an approximate 750 million users that regularly visit and log on to facebook.com at least once a month. That is just 250 million new registrations away from reaching it’s 1 billion user. And with facebook’s phenomenal rate of new user registration, it is not far away from now that they will achieve this internet milestone.
That is, if Google will not burst the bubble for Mark Zuckerberg. For internet geeks and tech reporters, this week has been a front page for Google+. Apparently, the “Big G” has launched it’s own social networking site with a small number of people.
